Medical Massage for Injury, Pain, & Post Surgery

60-90 minutes: $160 and up

All inclusive manual therapy session that specifically targets your injury to help it heal. Whether the injury is acute, chronic, due to surgery, or post cancer treatments, Tracy is experienced in all stages. Modalities she uses may include: Deep tissue, Lymphatic drainage, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, PNF Stretching, Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS Therapy)*, and Sports. Tools that maybe used are gua sha, cupping, shockwave therapy, infrared therapy etc. Tracy has helped patients heal from whiplash, herniated discs, discs bulges, degenerative disc disease, sacroiliac joint disfunction, plantar fasciitis, bursitis, tendonitis, tennis/golfers elbow, muscle spasms, postural dysfunctions, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, etc. She also has done pre and post surgical massages for knee replacements, hip replacements, torn ligaments, bunion surgery, spinal fusion, mastectomies, lumpectomies, post chemo and more.

90 minutes is recommended for all therapeutic work to achieve best results.

Oncology Massage is a special type of massage developed specifically for cancer patients. Cancer patients have unique needs which must be addressed to make sure that a massage is beneficial to their health. I focus my attention on creating a gentle, nurturing environment for you to relax into.

Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage

60-90 minutes: $150 and up

All inclusive Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. This massage is personalized and can range from light techniques to more aggressive manual therapies. Due to the nature of the massage, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you are comfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the tissues during the session.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Full Body (Dr. Vodder Style)

60 minutes: $150

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, surgery, reduction of swelling, discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness. *Doctors note maybe required. ** No Incision Draining.

Head, Neck, & Face Lymph Drainage

60 minutes: $140

Manual Lymphatic Drainage targeted for conditions of the Head, Neck & Face. This session is beneficial for medical conditions as well as cosmetic conditions. Medical conditions this session is recommended for are: Concussion, Head trauma, Alopecia, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Bell's Palsy, Ear aches, Sinusitis, Strokes, Burns, Alzheimers, and Glaucoma. Cosmetic application MLD is recommended for are: Acne, Rosacea, Anti-aging, and Under Eye circles. MLD for Head, Neck &Face is highly recommended for pre and post op by many surgeons as well. The benefits for pre and post surgical are decreases swelling, bruising, pain, and scarring. Depending on your needs vacuum therapy, microcurrent, gua sha, or cupping may be included. *Doctors note may be required

All inclusive Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Spa Massage with Hot Stone Therapy

Therapeutic relaxation massage with added Hot Stone Therapy. This soothing massage uses lighter techniques with added hot stones to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Add on Leg Compression Therapy

60 minutes: $100

Leg compression therapy uses tight garments (stockings, wraps, boots) to apply gentle, graduated pressure to legs, improving blood flow by helping veins push blood back to the heart, reducing swelling (edema), preventing clots (DVT), and easing pain from conditions like varicose veins, lymphedema, and muscle fatigue, common for athletes or those standing long hours.
